Second Exercise Period has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 8.02(b). ----------------------
Second Exercise Period means the period set forth in Clause 8.5.4.
Examples of Second Exercise Period in a sentence
The Put Right shall expire and be null and void if not exercised by the Seller by the end of the Second Exercise Period.

More Definitions of Second Exercise Period
Second Exercise Period shall have the meaning provided in Section 4.8(c).
Second Exercise Period means, with respect to any Second Warrant Share, the period beginning on the Second Effective Date and ending on the seven and one-half (7 1/2) year anniversary of the Second Effective Date.
Second Exercise Period means the period from (and including) the date falling 18 months from the First Utilisation Date (the Second Exercise Date) to (and including) the date falling 15 Business Days from the Second Exercise Date.

Second Exercise Period means the period during which the Warrants may be exercised commencing on and including the second (2nd) anniversary of the Issue and expiring at 5.00 p.m. on the third (3rd) anniversary of the date of issue of the Warrants, unless such date is a date on which the Register of Members and/or the Warrant Register is closed or is not a Market Day, in which event the exercise period shall end on the Market Day immediately preceding the closure of the Register of Members and/or the Warrant Register, or the preceding Market Day, as the case may be, but excludes any period during which the Warrant Register is closed;
