Second Lien Collateral Trustee definition

Second Lien Collateral Trustee means the Original Second Lien Collateral Trustee, and, from and after the date of execution and delivery of a Second Lien Substitute Facility, the agent, collateral agent, trustee or other representative of the lenders or other holders of the indebtedness and other obligations evidence thereunder or governed thereby, in each case, together with its successors in such capacity.
Second Lien Collateral Trustee means Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, acting as second lien collateral trustee under the Collateral Trust Agreement, or its successors appointed in accordance with the terms thereof.
Second Lien Collateral Trustee means Ankura Trust Company, LLC, in its capacity as collateral trustee for the Second Priority Secured Parties under the Second Lien Collateral Trust Agreement, together with its successors and assigns in such capacity.
