Second Officer definition

Second Officer when used herein means a flight deck operating crew member other than Captain or First Officer who is assigned to duties aboard the aircraft.

More Definitions of Second Officer

Second Officer means a pilot who is third-in-command of the aircraft and its crew members, and who is properly qualified to serve as and holds a currently effective Transport Canada and/or other governmental authorizing him to serve as such pilot. Seniority means the relative standing of a Flight Crew Member on the seniority list.
