Duty Time definition

Duty Time. DUTY PERIOD” means the period of time from check-in to check- out, including ferry flights, deadhead flights, airport reserve, and training as set forth in this Agreement.
Duty Time means the total time from the moment a person identified in these Regulations begins, immediately after a rest period, any work on behalf of the certificate holder until that person is free from all restraint associated with that work;
Duty Time or “Duty Period” means the period of time measured in hours and minutes starting when a Flight Attendant is scheduled to report for Duty, or actually reports for Duty, whichever is later, and ending when she/he is released from Duty.

More Definitions of Duty Time

Duty Time means all time on duty in accordance with the CAO's and this Agreement, including stand-by accommodation supplied by the RFDS.
Duty Time means that interval between the time a Crewmember is required to report for duty and the time he is released by the Company.
Duty Time means that period that commences when a Pilot reports to work and continues until he is relieved from all work associated with his duties, as per the Company Operations Manual.
Duty Time means the time a Flight Attendant is required to report for duty, which period begins forty-five (45) minutes before the scheduled departure of her/his first flight of the day, or whenever the Flight Attendant actually reports, whichever is later, and ending fifteen (15) minutes after block-in, or until the Flight Attendant is released from duty, whichever is later, or as otherwise provided in this Agreement.

Duty Time means that portion of the Superintendent’s professional duties performed during the regular school and work day in addition to the duties to be performed outside the regular school and work day for meetings of the Board of Education and other meetings, events or activities where the Superintendent’s presence is required; regular school and work day “Duty-Time shall include (1) generally 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. during days when students and staff are scheduled to be present in the building during the calendared school year; and (2) generally 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. during days when students and staff are not scheduled to present in the building pursuant to the school calendar, provided that the Superintendent may determine in his/her sole discretion the exact hours of each day when he/she shall be on duty during the work day. The Superintendent shall be subject to such other duties as the Board may assign from time to time. The Superintendent agrees to devote full time to the assigned duties, provided that with the advance agreement of the Board of Education, the Superintendent may undertake consultative work, speaking engagements, writing, lecturing or other professional duties.
Duty Time means the “Duty Period” as defined in 14 CFR 135.273 (a) that a crewmember reports and ends when he or she is released, or the Duty Period expires.
