Second Put Option definition

Second Put Option shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(a).
Second Put Option means the option granted by the Optionee to the Grantors in Clause 3.1;
Second Put Option has the meaning assigned to it in Section 3.1 of this Put Option Agreement.
