Sectional Completion definition

Sectional Completion means completion of a Section per Clause 33.1;

More Definitions of Sectional Completion

Sectional Completion means Practical Completion of a Section as certified by the Construction Manager;
Sectional Completion completion of a Section in accordance with the terms of the relevant Building Contract but excludes any landscaping works that it is not possible to complete because of the planting season in which practical completion occurs

Related to Sectional Completion

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.

  • Substantial Completion Date means the date on which Substantial Completion occurs.

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • Construction Completion Date means the Completion Date of the Construction as specified in the Statutory Declaration of Completion for the Project;

  • Pre commencement condition means a condition imposed on the grant of permission which must be complied with: before any building/ other operation/ or use of the land comprised in the development is begun.

  • Time for Completion means the time for completing the Works as stated in the Contract Data (or as extended under Sub-Clause 7.3), calculated from the Commencement Date.

  • Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).
