Secure Portal definition

Secure Portal means the password-protected, web-based application that allows applicants for Awards to enter information requested by the PIF.

More Definitions of Secure Portal

Secure Portal means the online platform that allows you to apply for the Services, conduct the one time wire transfer, and view information after inputting your OTVC.
Secure Portal means the internet portal from time to time nominated by Paradigm as the “Self Secure Portal”; and Verifications Rules means the most recent rules, identified as such and from time to time issued by or on behalf of OnePath or Paradigm, and the Verification Rules as at the date of this agreement are set out in Annexure B.

  • Secure Network means a network which is only accessible by Secure Authentication.

  • Customer Portal means a web portal maintained by Liferay or a Liferay Affiliate that provides for various resources accessible to Liferay Subscription customers as further described in Section 2.1 below.

  • Security Vulnerability means a flaw or weakness in system security procedures, design, implementation, or internal controls that could be exercised (accidentally triggered or intentionally exploited) and result in a security breach such that data is compromised, manipulated or stolen or the system damaged.

  • Dynamic driving task means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-26-102.1.

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Customer Systems means the Customer’s information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems), and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Helpdesk Support means the 24x7x365 centre which shall handle Fault reporting, Trouble Ticketing and related enquiries during this contract.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

  • Interoperability means the ability of a CenturyLink OSS Function to process seamlessly (i.e., without any manual intervention) business transactions with CLEC's OSS application, and vice versa, by means of secure exchange of transaction data models that use data fields and usage rules that can be received and processed by the other Party to achieve the intended OSS Function and related response.   • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Work Site means the site where the Work is being performed.

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • Licensed site remediation professional means an individual who is licensed by the Site Remediation Professional Licensing Board pursuant to section 7 of P.L.2009, c.60 (C.58:10C-7) or the department pursuant to section 12 of P.L.2009, c.60 (C.58:10C-12);
