Secured Obligation Documents definition

Secured Obligation Documents means, collectively (without duplication), the Loan Documents and any other agreement, document or instrument providing for or evidencing Secured Obligations.
Secured Obligation Documents means the Loan Documents.
Secured Obligation Documents has the meaning given to that term in the Security Agreement.
