Secured Obligation Documents definition

Secured Obligation Documents means, collectively (without duplication), the Note and any other agreement, document or instrument providing for or evidencing Secured Obligations.
Secured Obligation Documents means, collectively (without duplication), the Financing Documents and any other agreement, document or instrument providing for or evidencing Secured Obligations.
