Securitization Document definition

Securitization Document means, with respect to any Eligible Securities, any pooling and servicing agreement or other agreement governing the issuance and administration of such Eligible Securities.
Securitization Document means any transaction document or any prospectus, offering document, term sheet, computational material or other information filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission or delivered to any rating agency, trustee, investor or other participant in connection with or during the term of a Securitization, including (without limitation) any reports under the Exchange Act.
Securitization Document means shall mean the pooling and servicing agreement or trust indenture for a securitization transaction involving mortgage loans or commercial mortgage-backed securities.
