Security and Collateral Agency Agreement definition

Security and Collateral Agency Agreement means that certain Security and Collateral Agency Agreement dated as of April 10, 2020, among the Companies, Wilmington Trust, National Association, as agent for the First Forbearance Counterparties, and the First Forbearance Counterparties.
