In accordance with the Security Trust Deeds, the Security Trustee will and will be deemed to release without the need for any notice or other formalities from such Security the relevant portion of the Secured Property relating to the ETC Securities so purchased and cancelled.
Pursuant to the terms of the Security Trust Deeds, the Security in respect of the Underlying Metal described in Condition 5(a) ( Security) shall automatically be released without further action on the part of the Security Trustee to the extent necessary to effect the liquidation of the Underlying Metal, provided that nothing in this Condition 10 shall operate to release the charges and other security interests over the proceeds of the liquidation of the Underlying Metal.
