Examples of SEDAR Filings in a sentence

  • This component of the system helps ensure that electronic filings contained in the SEDAR Filings Database are correctly recorded as filings of a particular electronic filer.

  • If a previously filed document has been attached to a cover page, when the cover page is submitted, the SEDAR Filings Database will record a new document as part of that submission, but the document on the SEDAR server will be the same document as attached to the original project.

  • When a previously filed document is attached to a cover page, the SEDAR Filings Database will record it as a new document that is part of the submission.

  • Only the primary filer and its designated secondary filer(s), if any, will have access to the information from the “User Information” screen attached to any electronic filing retrieved from the SEDAR Filings Database.

  • Documents filed in these previously acceptable formats continue to reside in the SEDAR Filings Database in these formats.

SEDAR Filings means, collectively, all forms, statements, certifications, reports and documents, including annual information forms, material change reports (except confidential material change reports), business acquisition reports, annual financial statements, interim financial statements, management’s discussion and analyses and information circulars required to be (or voluntarily) filed by the Company with the relevant securities commissions or securities regulatory authorities in Canada through the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval.

Related to SEDAR Filings

  • Filings the filing or recording of (i) the Financing Statements as set forth in Schedule 3, (ii) this Agreement or a notice thereof with respect to Intellectual Property as set forth in Schedule 3, and (iii) any filings after the Closing Date in any other jurisdiction as may be necessary under any Requirement of Law.
