SEDAR Filings definition

SEDAR Filings has the meaning set forth in Section 5.7.
SEDAR Filings means all reports, schedules, forms, statements and other ‎documents filed by the Company on SEDAR.
SEDAR Filings means all reports, schedules, forms, statements and other documents filed by the Company on SEDAR+.

  • This component of the system helps ensure that electronic filings contained in the SEDAR Filings Database are correctly recorded as filings of a particular electronic filer.

  • If a previously filed document has been attached to a cover page, when the cover page is submitted, the SEDAR Filings Database will record a new document as part of that submission, but the document on the SEDAR server will be the same document as attached to the original project.

SEDAR Filings is defined in Section 3.1(h)(i). “Stableview Term Sheet” is defined in Section 3.1(g).
SEDAR Filings means, collectively, all forms, statements, certifications, reports and documents, including annual information forms, material change reports (except confidential material change reports), business acquisition reports, annual financial statements, interim financial statements, management’s discussion and analyses and information circulars required to be (or voluntarily) filed by the Company with the relevant securities commissions or securities regulatory authorities in Canada through the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval.
SEDAR Filings has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(h).

Related to SEDAR Filings

  • Filings the filing or recording of (i) the Financing Statements as set forth in Schedule 3, (ii) this Agreement or a notice thereof with respect to Intellectual Property as set forth in Schedule 3, and (iii) any filings after the Closing Date in any other jurisdiction as may be necessary under any Requirement of Law.

  • SEC Documents shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.5.

  • SEDAR means the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval;

  • Proxy Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 6.03(a).
