Seismic License definition

Seismic License is defined in Section 8.13(a).

Seismic License means a document in the form of Exhibit “L”.

Seismic License means the Seismic License from SM Energy, as Licensor, to Buyer, as Licensee, covering all geological and geophysical data (including seismic data) included in the Assets, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit E.

Examples of Seismic License in a sentence

Upon the Purchaser obtaining all required Third Party consents, and paying any licensing fees or other costs and expenses, for the sale and transfer of any Partner Seismic Data, such Partner Seismic Data will be deemed to be Purchased Seismic Data for the purposes of this Agreement and the Seismic License.

Seismic License means a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Proprietary Seismic Data and the Joint Seismic Data which is Unrestricted Joint Seismic Data at the Closing Time which will be granted by the Vendor to the Purchaser at Closing and which will contain generally accepted industry terms;

Seismic License means any seismic, data and geophysical licenses and permits.

Seismic License shall be as defined in Section 8.22(a).

Seismic License means an instrument in substantially the form set forth in Schedule "Q" to the Asset Purchase and Sale Agreement, pursuant to which Chinook, on behalf of WOGH and itself, grants a license to COI in respect of the Proprietary Seismic Data.

Seismic License means a license granting Vendor a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty free license to use the Purchased Seismic Data in the form attached as Schedule “D”;
