Buyer has paid to Seller in full for all Seller Provided Tooling and Seller, upon request from Buyer, agrees to execute and deliver to Buyer the bills of sale, instruments of conveyance, certificates or other documentation and take such other actions as Buyer may reasonably request in order to confirm and complete transfer ownership of such Seller Provided Tooling from Seller to Buyer. In addition, Buyer may provide to Seller tooling or tools as determined by Buyer to be suitable for use in the Production Facility and Storage Facility (“Buyer Provided Tooling”).   • Analytical x-ray equipment means equipment used for x-ray diffraction or fluorescence analysis.

  • Automated data acquisition and handling system or "DAHS" means that component of the continuous emission monitoring system, or other emissions monitoring system approved for use under section 11 of this rule, designed to interpret and convert individual output signals from pollutant concentration monitors, flow monitors, diluent gas monitors, and other component parts of the monitoring system to produce a continuous record of the measured parameters in the measurement units required by section 11 of this rule.

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.
