Seller Stock Option Plans definition

Seller Stock Option Plans shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.10 hereof.

Seller Stock Option Plans means those stock option plans of Seller designated as Third Amended and Restated 2001 Stock Option and Grant Plan and the 2007 Stock Option and Incentive Plan.

• As of the date of this Agreement, there are no outstanding contractual obligations of Seller to repurchase, redeem or otherwise acquire any Seller Shares except for such obligations arising under the Seller Stock Option Plans.
