Key Employee Incentive Plan definition

Key Employee Incentive Plan means the restructuring incentive plan for key employees, which incentive plan was approved by the Bankruptcy Court in an order dated July 6, 2012 [Docket No. 303].

More Definitions of Key Employee Incentive Plan
