Examples of Senior Conference in a sentence

  • If, following the Senior Conference, the dispute is not resolved, the dispute may be settled by arbitration pursuant to Section 15.2, if agreed to by both Parties.

  • The Parties shall use Commercially Reasonably Efforts to cause their respective senior executives attending a Senior Conference to be informed with all relevant background information in respect of the dispute and to be prepared to propose a resolution to the dispute.
