Senior Executive Employment Agreements has the meaning set forth in Section 5.10(b).
Senior Executive Employment Agreements. The employment agreements of the Chief Executive Officer, Interim Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and Chief People Officer.
Senior Executive Employment Agreements means the employment agreements between Collotype Labels and each of the Senior Executives in substantially the form of employment agreements set out in Annexure G. Senior Executives means Frankhuisen, Maher and Vinecombe, with each being a Senior Executive.
