Senior Financial Officer means the chief financial officer, principal accounting officer, treasurer or comptroller of the Company.
Designated Financial Officer means, with respect to any Borrower, its chief financial officer, director of treasury services, treasurer, assistant treasurer, or any position similar to any of the foregoing.
Authorized Financial Officer any of the chief financial officer, treasurer, assistant treasurer or controller of the Borrower.
Designated Officer means, with respect to any Person, the Chairman of the Board, the Chief Executive Officer, the President, the Chief Operating Officer, the Chief Financial Officer, the Treasurer, the Controller, the Secretary, the Assistant Secretary or any Vice President of such Person.
senior police officer means a police officer of, or above, the rank of inspector.
Senior Officer means (a) the chief executive officer, (b) the president, (c) any executive vice president, (d) the chief financial officer or (e) the treasurer, in each case of Borrower.

Chief Fire Officer means the chief fire officer appointed by the municipality in terms of section 5 of the Fire Brigade Services Act and includes any person appointed as acting chief fire officer;
Whistle Officer or “Committee” means an officer or Committee of persons who is nominated/appointed to conduct detailed investigation.
Administrative Officer means anyone designated at the college as being on the administrative staff, such as the President, Chief Academic Officer, Chief Student Services Officer, etc.
Wildlife officer means any individual authorized by a participating state to issue a citation for a wildlife violation.
Appropriate Officer means the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel, Treasurer or Secretary of the Company, any Assistant Treasurer or any Assistant Secretary of the Company, any Executive or Senior Vice President or any Vice President (whether or not designated by a number or numbers or word or words added before or after the title “Vice President”) of the Company or such other director or officer of the Company as approved by the Board to perform the services of an “Appropriate Officer” hereunder.
Assistant Finance Director means the Assistant Finance Director or designee.
Nominated Officer means an officer charged with the responsibility for discharging specific tasks within Standing Orders and Standing Financial Instructions.
Certified peace officer means a peace officer certified by the
Principal Financial Officer shall have the meanings given to such terms in the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act.
Financial Officer means the chief financial officer, principal accounting officer, treasurer or controller of the Borrower.
Chief Administrative Officer or “CAO” means the administrative head of a municipality as appointed by Council under clause 86(2)(c) of the Municipal Government Act.
Investment officer means the State Treasurer in the capacity as investment officer for the

Chief Operating Officer means the Chief Operating Officer of the Corporation.
Corporate Officer means, with respect to the Recipient, its president; any vice president in charge of a principal business unit, division, or function (such as sales, administration or finance); any other officer who performs a policy-making function; or any other person who performs similar policy making functions for the Recipient. Executive officers of subsidiaries or parents of the Recipient may be deemed Corporate Officers of the Recipient if they perform such policy-making functions for the Recipient.
Named Executive Officer or “NEO” means each of the following individuals:
Agency Chief Contracting Officer or “ACCO” shall mean the position delegated authority by the Agency Head to organize and supervise the procurement activity of subordinate Agency staff in conjunction with the City Chief Procurement Officer.
Deputy Assistant Secretary as used in this clause, means the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Federal Contract Compliance, U.S. Department of Labor, or a designee.
