Senior Housing Project definition

Senior Housing Project means a residential developed, substantially rehabilitated, or substantially renovated for, senior citizens that has fewer than 35 dwelling units. Residents of Senior Housing Projects must be 62 years old or older.
Senior Housing Project means the construction of approximately 262 affordable apartment units for seniors by Minnetonka Leased Housing Associates III, LLLP, a Minnesota limited liability limited partnership, on property adjacent to the Development Property.
Senior Housing Project means new construction of 100 rental housing units and related improvements as described in the Contract.
