Senior Management Group definition

Senior Management Group means those individuals holding the following titles or positions at the time that written notice of retirement is given by such individual in accordance with Section 8(c) of this Agreement: Chief Executive Officer, and executive officers who are members of the Chief Executive Officer’s Direct Reporting Group;
Senior Management Group means (i) Pxxx Xxxxx, (ii) Kxxxx Xxxxxx, (iii) M. Dxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, (iv) Oxxx Xxxxx, (v) Dxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, (vi) Exxx Xxxx, (vii) Lxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, (viii) Jxxxxx XxXxxxxxx, (ix) Jxxxxxx Xxxxx, (x) Rxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx, and (xi) Jxxxxx Xxxxx.
Senior Management Group means the group consisting of the Director of Operations, Director of Administration, Executive Finance Officer, HR Manager, Director of Finance;
