Senior Trust definition

Senior Trust has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
Senior Trust and "Junior Trust" (as such terms are defined in the Intercreditor Agreement).
Senior Trust means (i) initially, the JetBlue Airways (Spare Parts) G-1 Pass Through Trust (the "Initial Senior Trust") and (ii) each subsequent JetBlue Airways (Spare Parts) Pass Through Trust Class G or Class A created and administered pursuant to a Senior Trust Agreement, as contemplated by Article X.

  • The transactions covered by this report include asset-backed securities transactions for which the Company acted as the Senior Trust Advisor, Trust Advisor, and Operating Advisor for the asset-backed securities transactions listed in Appendix B hereto (the “Platform”).

  • The transactions covered by this report are only those transactions processed by the Asserting Party in capacity in the Senior Trust Advisor, Trust Advisor, or Operating Advisor Services Platform for the asset backed securities transactions listed in Exhibit B hereto (the “Platform”).

  • This Section 11.12 shall survive the termination of this Agreement or the earlier resignation or removal of the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer, the Trustee, the Senior Trust Advisor, the Custodian or the Certificate Administrator.

  • The Master Servicer, the Special Servicer, the Trustee, the Certificate Administrator, the Senior Trust Advisor and the Depositor shall be entitled to a list of the names and addresses of Certificateholders from time to time upon request therefor.

  • Promptly upon its determination of a change in the Controlling Class, the Certificate Administrator shall notify the Master Servicer, Special Servicer and the Senior Trust Advisor of such event, including the identity and contact information of the new Controlling Class Certificateholder (the cost of obtaining such information from DTC being an expense of the Trust).

Related to Senior Trust

  • Series Trust means the trust known as the Series 2000-2G Medallion Trust established pursuant to the Master Trust Deed and the Series Supplement.

  • PFPC Trust means PFPC Trust Company or a subsidiary or affiliate of PFPC Trust Company.

  • Master Trust Trustee means the entity acting as trustee under the applicable Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

  • Master Trust means Citibank Credit Card Master Trust I.

  • Grantor Trust means a Trust other than a RIC.

  • Lead Securitization Trust means the Securitization Trust created in connection with the Lead Securitization.

  • Trust means the arrangement through which the property of one person is made over or bequeathed to a trustee to administer such property for the benefit of another person; and

  • Supplemental Interest Trust Trustee Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A., a national banking association, not in its individual capacity but solely in its capacity as supplemental interest trust trustee, and any successor thereto.

  • Collateral Trust Agreement means that certain Collateral Trust Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, by and among Collateral Trustee and Lenders, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Blind Trust means an independently managed trust in which the employee-beneficiary has no management rights and in which the employee-beneficiary is not given notice of alterations in or other dispositions of the property subject to the trust.

  • Securitization Trust means a trust formed pursuant to a Securitization.

  • First trust means a trust over which an authorized fiduciary may exercise the decanting power.

  • Plan Trust means the trust governed by the Plan.

  • Supplemental Interest Trust The corpus of a trust created pursuant to Section 5.07 of this Agreement and designated as the “Supplemental Interest Trust,” consisting of the Swap Agreement, the Swap Account, the Interest Rate Cap Agreement, the Interest Rate Cap Account, the right to receive the Class X Distributable Amount as provided in Section 5.02(f)(vi), the Class LT4-I interest in REMIC 4 and the right to receive Class I Shortfalls.

  • Senior Notes Trustee means any entity acting as trustee under any issue of Senior Notes (to the extent it has acceded to this Agreement in such capacity pursuant to a Creditor/Agent Accession Undertaking), in each case as the context requires.

  • Owner Trust means the trust created by this Agreement.

  • Master Trust Agreement means the Second Amended and Restated Trust Agreement, dated as of May 8, 2019, between Verizon ABS II LLC, as depositor, and the Master Trust Owner Trustee, as amended, restated, supplemented or modified from time to time.

  • Class C Trust Class C Trustee", "Class D Certificate" and "Class D Trust", shall have the respective meanings assigned to such terms in the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Liquidation Trust means the trust created pursuant to the Liquidation Trust Agreement on the Effective Date in accordance with the Plan, the Confirmation Order and the Liquidation Trust Agreement.

  • Preferred Guarantee Trustee means Wilmington Trust Company, until a Successor Preferred Guarantee Trustee has been appointed and has accepted such appointment pursuant to the terms of this Preferred Securities Guarantee and thereafter means each such Successor Preferred Guarantee Trustee.
