Serial Numbered Property definition

Serial Numbered Property means any personal property which may or must be described by serial number in accordance with the regulations for registration in accordance with the PPSA;
Serial Numbered Property means any Goods which may or must be described by serial number in a registration under the PPSA;
Serial Numbered Property means any Equipment which may or must be described by serial number in a registration under the PPSA;

More Definitions of Serial Numbered Property

Serial Numbered Property means any Goods which may or must be described by serial number in a registration under the PPSA. Special Conditions means the additional terms outlined in the Schedule. Term means the term of this Agreement referred to in the Schedule.

Related to Serial Numbered Property

  • Developed Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Taxable Property for which Building Permits were issued on or before May 1 of the prior Fiscal Year, provided that such Assessor's Parcels were created on or before January 1 of the prior Fiscal Year and that each such Assessor's Parcel is associated with a Lot, as determined reasonably by the Board.

  • Applicant’s Qualified Property means the Qualified Property of the Applicant to which the value limitation identified in the Agreement will apply and as more fully described in EXHIBIT 4 of this Agreement.

  • Stabilized Property means, any Property that is not a Development Property.

  • Transferred Inventory has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a)(iii).

  • Acquired Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.10(h)(i) hereof.

  • Mortgaged Property shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Asset Pool means a pool of cash-flow generating assets in which an issuer of a securitized product has a direct or indirect ownership or security interest;

  • Improved Property means any property upon which there is erected a structure intended for continuous or periodic habitation, occupancy or use by human beings or animals and from which structure Sanitary Sewage and/or Industrial Wastes shall be or may be discharged.

  • Quantity Surveyor means a duly qualified quantity surveyor of at least five (5) year’s experience in the assessment of building material and construction costs. Quantity Surveyor Assessment means an assessment by an independent Quantity Surveyor of the Construction Cost to the reasonable satisfaction of the Council. Regulation means the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation, 2000 (as amended).
