Series 1991 Bonds definition

Series 1991 Bonds means that series of presently outstanding Bonds authorized by the Board in the Bond Resolution.
Series 1991 Bonds means and refers to the Northern Hospital District of Surry County, North Carolina Health Care Facilities Revenue Bonds, Series 1991 issued on July 16, 1991 in the aggregate principal amount of $16,945,000.
Series 1991 Bonds have the same meanings given and assigned to such words in the Recitals hereto.
