Series 2018A Bonds means the City of Arlington, Texas Senior Lien Special Tax Revenue Bonds, Series 2018A.

• The Corporation agrees that if, after exhaustion of the moneys in the Project Fund, the Corporation should pay, or deposit moneys in the Project Fund for the payment of, any portion of the Project costs pursuant to the provisions of this Section 3.06, it shall not be entitled to any reimbursement therefor from the Authority, the Trustee or the Holders of any of the Series 2018A Bonds, nor shall it be entitled to any diminution of the amounts payable hereunder.
