Series 3 Class A Notes definition

Series 3 Class A Notes means the (GBP)600,000,000 Series 3 Class A floating rate notes due March 2044;

Series 3 Class A Notes means the notes comprising the (pound)665,000,000 Floating Rate Notes due January 2043 constituted by the Current Issuer Trust Deed in or substantially in the forms set out in Schedules 1 and 2 thereto and for the time being outstanding or, as the case may be, a specific number thereof and including any replacement Series 3 Class A Notes issued pursuant to Condition 13 and (except for the purposes of Clause 3.1 (Global Note Certificates) and Clause 3.2 (Forms of Global Note Certificates) of the Current Issuer Trust Deed) the Series 3 Class A Global Note Certificate for so long as it has not been exchanged in accordance with the terms thereof;

Series 3 Class A Notes means the Series 3 Class A1 Notes and the Series 3 Class A2 Notes;

• Among the Series 3 Notes, payments of interest on the Series 3 Class A Notes will be made ahead of payments of interest on the Series 3 Class B Notes, the Series 3 Class M Notes and the Series 3 Class C Notes, payments of interest on the Series 3 Class B Notes will be made ahead of payments of interest on the Series 3 Class M Notes and the Series 3 Class C Notes and payments of interest on the Series 3 Class M Notes will be made ahead of payments of interest on the Series 3 Class C Notes.

• Repayment of principal in respect of the Controlled Amortisation Amount on the Series 1 Class A2 Notes will be made ahead of repayment of principal in respect of the Controlled Amortisation Amount on the Series 2 Class A1 Notes, the Series 2 Class A2 Notes and the Series 3 Class A Notes.
