Series Collections Account definition

Series Collections Account shall have the meaning specified in Section 8.
Series Collections Account shall have the meaning specified in Section 8. "Series Cut-Off Date" shall mean the date designated as such in the Series Term Sheet.

  • On or before each Distribution Date, the Class Additional Funds for each Class of the Series established hereby shall also have been deposited into the Series Collections Account pursuant to Section 4.03(e) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

  • On or before each Distribution Date, the Master Servicer shall direct the Trustee in writing to withdraw from the Group Collections Account and deposit into the Series Collections Account an amount equal to the sum of the Series Finance Charge Collections and the Series Principal Collections for the related Due Period.

  • Prefunding Account The separate Eligible Account created and maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.06(g) in the name of the Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders and designated “U.S. Bank National Association, in trust for registered holders of Home Equity Asset Trust 2004-2, Home Equity Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-2. Funds in the Prefunding Account shall be held in trust for the Certificateholders for the uses and purposes set forth in this Agreement and shall not be a part of any REMIC created hereunder; provided, however, that any investment income earned from Permitted Investments made with funds in the Prefunding Account shall be for the account of the Depositor.

  • Unallocated Principal Collections shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.05(d).

  • Collection Accounts As defined in Section 3.10(a).

  • Excess Finance Charge Collections means collections of Finance Charge Receivables and certain other amounts allocable to the Certificateholders’ Interest of any Excess Allocation Series in excess of the amounts necessary to make required payments with respect to such series (including payments to the provider of any related Series Enhancement) that are payable out of collections of Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Interest Reserve Account means that Interest Reserve Account maintained by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 5.1(a), which account shall be an Eligible Account.

  • Reserve Accounts means the Tax and Insurance Reserve Account, the Leasing Reserve Account or any other escrow account established by the Loan Documents.
