Series N Warrants definition

Series N Warrants means Prepaid Series N Common Stock purchase warrants delivered to the Purchasers at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2(a) hereof, which warrants shall be exercisable immediately and have a term of exercise equal to five years, in the form of Exhibit B-2 attached hereto. The purchase price per Series N Warrant shall be the Per Share Purchase Price minus $0.01.
Series N Warrants means, collectively, the Series N Common Stock purchase warrants delivered to the Underwriters in accordance with Section 2.1(a) and Section 2.2(a) hereof, which Series N Warrants shall be exercisable immediately and have a term of exercise equal to five (5) years, in the form of Exhibit A-1 hereto.
Series N Warrants means, collectively, the Series N Common Stock purchase warrants delivered to the Purchasers at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2(a) of the Purchase Agreement.
