Series Trust Supplement definition

Series Trust Supplement means a supplement to this Master Trust Agreement creating a separate subtrust to accept the transfer of assets under a particular Sale and Servicing Agreement and to issue Notes, and specifying the principal terms of any Transferor Certificate relating to the relevant subtrust.
Series Trust Supplement means, with respect to each Series of the Trust, the related series trust supplement to this Trust Agreement in, or substantially in, the form attached hereto as Exhibit B, as the same may be amended, modified, restated, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time.
Series Trust Supplement means the supplement to the Receivables Trust Deed and Trust Cash Management Agreement identified by a series number corresponding to the series number for the relevant Series of Loan Notes;

Examples of Series Trust Supplement in a sentence

  • Except as otherwise provided in a Series Trust Supplement, the Certificate Paying Agent initially shall be the Indenture Trustee.

  • The Transferor Certificates of all outstanding Series shall be equally and ratably entitled to the benefits of this Master Trust Agreement, without preference, priority, or distinction, except, with respect to any Series as provided in the related Series Trust Supplement and except that no Transferor Certificate shall have any interest in any subtrust or the assets of any subtrust other than its related subtrust.

  • The Owner Trustee may, but shall not be obligated to, enter into any Series Trust Supplement that adversely affects the Owner Trustee's own rights, duties, or immunities under this Master Trust Agreement.

  • The Depositor appoints the Owner Trustee as trustee of the Trust and each subtrust effective as of the date of this Master Trust Agreement and each Series Trust Supplement, as the case may be, to have all the rights and obligations in this Master Trust Agreement and each Series Trust Supplement.

  • Series Supplement The agreement into which this Standard Terms is incorporated and pursuant to which, together with this Standard Terms, a Series of Certificates is issued.

  • Trust Agreement means the Amended and Restated Trust Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, between the Seller and the Owner Trustee, as the same may be amended and supplemented from time to time.
