Series Trustee definition

Series Trustee has the meaning specified in Section 301.

More Definitions of Series Trustee

Series Trustee means, with respect to any Series, the trustee named in the related Series Trust Agreement.

Series Trustee means HSBC Bank USA, National Association, and shall also include its successors and assigns.

Series Trustee means Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company, as Trustee under the Indenture of Trust (Series 2021 Bonds) and each financial institution acting as trustee under another Series Indenture, and its respective successors, if any, appointed pursuant to such Series Indenture;
