Series Trustee definition

Series Trustee has the meaning specified in Section 301.
Series Trustee has the meaning specified in the third paragraph of this Agreement.
Series Trustee means Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as “Series Trustee” under the Indenture with respect to the Notes, or any successor thereto as set forth in the Indenture.
