If during the period of insurance an Insured Person sustains Serious Injury or suffer from Serious Sickness which directly causes or results in the necessity of emergency medical evacuation in the course of a Trip, Starr Global Emergency Assistance shall arrange and pay for a medically supervised emergency evacuation of the Insured Person to the nearest available Hospital that is appropriately equipped for the particular Serious Injury or Serious Sickness.

If You are Hospitalised for a Serious Injury or Serious Sickness and medical circumstances dictate, We will pay for the reasonable return air fare (economy class unless otherwise agreed to by Us), transportation and accommodation charges incurred, for up to two of Your Relatives to attend You and/or escort You to Your Country of Origin, or in the event of Your death to accompany Your remains back to Your Country of Origin.
Death, Serious Injury or Serious Sickness or compulsory quarantine of the Insured Person or his/her Relative or Travel Companion.
