Service Acceptance definition

Service Acceptance. Sign-off Form- indicates that the Customer has verified service functionality.
Service Acceptance means the Service Level Agreement set out on an Order. means the Customer’s deemed acceptance of the Service at the point when the Implementation Plan reaches “Phase E Build”.
