Service Packs definition

Service Packs means a single installable package of minor updates, fixes and enhancements for the CounterACT software.
Service Packs mean an accumulation of Patches and Fixes into a generally available package applicable to the latest generally available version of the software, v1.r1.r2. released at the same time as a new maintenance level and targeted at Hitachi’s existing software install base.
Service Packs means a collection of Updates, fixes or enhancements to a software program delivered in the form of a single installable software package.

More Definitions of Service Packs

Service Packs means fixes to specific functions within the Licensed Product, available to the Customer under the terms of this Agreement, generally each provided as an individual piece of source or object code to be compiled or incorporated into the Licensed Product already with the Customer, as per the instructions also provided. The fixes may be (i) permanent, in that substantially the same fix may appear in later Upissued Products, to which the Service Pack(s) then do not need to be applied to obtain the fix, or (ii) temporary, in that a more consistent, improved or completely different fix may appear for the same problem in later Upissued Products, or even (iii) custom, in that the alteration of the provided Service Pack(s) would not appear in later Upissued Products.
Service Packs means the upgrades as set out in Schedule 1;
