Nameplates: A nameplate shall contain only the name of a resident. Private Warning Or Instructional Signs: Private warning or instructional signs not exceeding two (2) square feet per sign. Murals: Murals must be painted or attached to the wall of buildings and are exempt from the sign ordinance except for the lettering and logo portion of the mural. Pennants, Window Dressings, Window Banners: Pennants, window dressings, window banners are exempt. Design, Construction, Maintenance And Liability: All signs shall be designed, constructed, and maintained to comply with applicable provisions of the building codes adopted by the city.
