Service Sites definition

Service Sites means sites, premises and facilities of ALU and ALU’s customers and other parties’ at which Services are to be performed;

Service Sites means each of the cineplex sites at which Digital Systems licensed by Licensor to Customer under the Master License Agreement are installed. Any Service Site which is more than a ____hour drive from a location at which Christie maintains one or more customer service engineers is sometimes referred to below as a “Non-Local Site,” and any Service Site which is within a ____hour drive from a location at which Christie maintains one or more customer service engineers is sometimes referred to below as a “Local Site.”

More Definitions of Service Sites

Service Sites means sites where Yard Waste Services are to be performed. The CVWMA will notify the Contractor as to the location of Service Sites as those sites are designated by Participating Local Jurisdictions over the term of this Contract which may change in location from time to time.
Service Sites means the locations where the Contractor will provide the Services as set out in the Service Requirements. ‘Service Requirements’ means the minimum objectives, requirements and performance standards for the Contractor’s provision of the Services, as set out in Schedules 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9. ‘Service Year' means 1 July to 30 June. ‘Signature Date’ means the date of execution of this Contract. ‘Situation’ means non-serious, general issues affecting the Services or performance of the Contractor’s Obligations which need to be brought to the Contract Manager’s attention.
Service Sites means federal, state or provincial sites, including but not limited to open weigh stations, ports- of-entry, temporary inspection xxxxx, xxxxxx inspection sites, agricultural interdiction facilities, and other government sites.
Service Sites means the locations owned or occupied and controlled by the Customer identified in the CS to which Services are to be provided; and
Service Sites means sites where Yard Waste Recycling Services are to be performed. The CVWMA will notify the Contractor in writing as to the location of Service Sites as those sites are designated by Participating Localities over the term of the Contract.

Related to Service Sites

  • Service/s has the meaning set forth in letter D. of the Preamble.

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS) means certain call-management service features that are currently available from SBC-13STATE’s local networks. These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Transportation Service means a service for moving people and goods, such as intercity bus service and passenger rail service.

  • Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.

  • Service Location means a location at which a member obtains a covered service provided by a physician or other licensed practitioner of the healing arts under the terms of a contract.
