  • If the Judicial Council intends to accept Contractor’s Service Work Order Proposal and proceed with the Project, the Judicial Council’s Project Manager will create a Service Work Order in Judicial Council’s CAFM system and populate the Contractor Proposal Form (Attachment 2) with a unique SWO number.

  • The Judicial Council’s Project Manager shall review separately or with the Contractor and may request changes to the Service Work Order Proposal submitted, in which event Contractor shall modify and resubmit the Proposal, again in accordance with the provisions of this Appendix A.

  • Upon completion of the above, Contractor’s Project Manager shall submit Contractor’s Service Work Order Proposal to the Judicial Council’s Project Manager via e-mail in the form of a file in modifiable MS-Word processing format.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Technical Proposal means the Contractor’s Technical Proposal dated. (Technical Proposal date), as modified and supplemented by the Contractor’s responses to requests clarifications and requests for cure, and by any Best and Final Offer.

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Service Order Form means our standard Service Order Form for Services, or any other order form that we agree with you in writing that incorporates the provisions of this DPA;

  • Programme of work means the Programme of work submitted by the contractor and approved by the Engineer-in-charge and includes and amendment thereto made from time to time and approved by the Engineer-in-charge;

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • Stop Work Order means the written Notice, delivered in accordance with this Agreement, by which the State may require the Contractor to stop all, or any part, of the Work of this Agreement, for the period set forth in the Stop Work Order. The Stop Work Order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate that it is issued pursuant to the Stop Work provision in this Exhibit B.

  • SOW means the document specifying, without limitation, the scope, objective, and time frame of the Work that Supplier will perform for Cisco.

  • Product Schedule means the “Product Schedule” that forms part of the Contract.

  • Service Order or “Contract” or “Agreement” shall mean the Service Order / Agreement and all attached exhibits and documents referred to therein and all terms and conditions thereof together with any subsequent modifications thereto;

  • Scope of Works means the sections of the RFQ detailing the technical requirements of the work to be carried out as existing at the Date of Acceptance of the Quotation and any modification of such Works thereafter directed or the use of which has been permitted by the Superintendent for the purposes of the Contract.

  • Task Order means a separate order issued under this Contract.

  • Change Orders mean changes or modifications to any Construction Contract or any other contract with labor or material suppliers.

  • Change Order Request means a written request or proposal for a Change Order submitted by either Company or Contractor and including:

  • Template Order Form means the template form in Annex 1 to Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off terms);

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Project Proposal has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b).

  • Deliverables means the work product and other output of the Services required to be delivered by Contractor as part of the Services, as specified in the relevant section of the Contract.

  • Purchase Order (PO) means a written offer made by a purchaser to a supplier formally stating the terms and conditions of a proposed transaction.

  • Change Order means a written order to the Contractor signed by the Contracting Officer, issued after execu- tion of the Contract, authorizing a change in the term or scope of the Contract.
