Dates of Performance. In the event that the date for performance by either party of any obligation under this Agreement are required to be performed by such party falls on a Saturday, Sunday or national holiday, the time for performance of such obligation shall be deemed extended until the next business day following such date.
Dates of Performance. This Work Authorization shall become effective on the date of final acceptance of the parties hereto and shall terminate on March 1, 2022, unless extended by an Amendment to this Work Authorization as provided in the Agreement.
Dates of Performance. Company will begin performing services upon receipt of signed Agreement and Deposit. Unless terminated as provided in this Agreement, Company will complete Services by the Completion Date. Deliverable shall be furnished to Client within 72 hours of final payment for the Services.
Dates of Performance. DISTRICT will begin performing Services upon receipt of signed Agreement. Unless terminated as provided for in this Agreement, the DISTRICT will complete Services by the Completion Date. Deliverable shall be furnished to WATERMASTER or WATERMASTER’s consultants.
Dates of Performance. Company will begin scheduling services upon receipt of the fully executed Agreement and Deposit. Consortium Member shall assist Company by providing responses to all information requests known or available and relevant to the Services in a timely manner. Company shall perform Services in a prompt manner and have the report or service (“Deliverable”) ready for Consortium Member no later than the due date specified in the applicable SOW (“Completion Date”), or as otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing by the parties.
Dates of Performance. In summary, the dates of performance are as follows:
(a) Defendants shall send the Class Notice to potential Settlement Class Members on or before , 20 , i.e., within thirty (30) days after entry of this Order.
(b) Proposed Class Counsel’s Fee Application and Service Payment Application, and all supporting materials, shall be filed no later than , 20 , i.e., at least forty-five days prior to the Fairness Hearing;
(c) Settlement Class Members who desire to be excluded shall mail requests for exclusion postmarked by , 20 , i.e., within seventy-five (75) days after entry of this Order;
(d) All objections to the Agreement, the Fee Application and Service Payment Application shall be mailed and postmarked by , 20 , i.e., no later than 30 days before the Fairness Hearing.
(e) Representative Plaintiff’s final approval motion shall be filed by , 20 , i.e. fourteen (14) days before the Fairness Hearing;
(f) Responses to objections shall be filed no later than , 20 , i.e. five (5) days before the Fairness Hearing;
(g) The Fairness Hearing shall be held on , at a.m./p.m.; and
(h) Settlement Class Members who desire to submit Claim Forms shall do so by , 20 , i.e., one hundred and fifty (150) days after entry of this Order.
Dates of Performance. The times of performance shall be extended to April 30, 2024.
Dates of Performance. A. The term of this agreement will be August 1, 2024, to July 31, 2025, unless terminated as set forth in item 6 above. At least 30-days prior to the expiration of the 12-month program period, the UNIVERSITY will notify the DISTRICT, in writing, of the estimated costs for the subsequent program year. If the parties agree to a subsequent term, this agreement will be amended for each subsequent year accordingly to reflect funding commitment for the next program year.
B. This Agreement shall not be legally effective until after the review and approval of all parties and an effective date is stamped upon It. The proposed start date Is August 1, 2024, however eligible project-related costs incurred 45 days prior to full execution of this agreement are allowed and will be reimbursed.
C. All services will be completed by the last day of the UNIVERSITY'S spring semester each year of this agreement, unless otherwise extended in writing by both parties.
Dates of Performance. The term of this Contract shall be from January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019, or until such time as either party notifies the other of its termination, as provided herein.
