Service Working Hours definition

Service Working Hours means the hours which BLUE ZINC IT LTD monitor and support the Service and are defined as 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, excluding published Northern Ireland Public and Bank holidays;
Service Working Hours means the hours which TM2 HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS monitor and support the Service and are defined as 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, excluding published Australian & Victorian Public holidays;

Related to Service Working Hours

  • Normal Working Hours means between the hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, inclusive. Saturdays, Sundays, and County holidays are excluded.

  • Working Hours means 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. on a Business Day.

  • Working Hour means an hour between 0900 hours and 1700 hours on a Working Day.

  • Training hour means at least 50 minutes of actual learning, including, but not limited to, time devoted to lecture, learning activities, small group activities, demonstrations, evaluations, and hands-on experience.

  • Time Worked means time during which an employee is performing labor or services for the benefit of an employer, including all time s/he is suffered or permitted to work, whether or not required to do so.

  • Operating Hours means the hours listed in an early learning program parent handbook when the program is open and providing care and services to children.

  • Service Hours means the amount of time (measured in hours or fractions thereof) a Unit is Delivering Energy or Ancillary Services pursuant to a Dispatch Notice.

  • Base Hours means the hours of work for which a staff member receives compensation. Base hours shall include overtime hours for which a staff member is paid additional or overtime compensation, and hours for which a staff member receives workers’ compensation benefits. Base hours shall also include hours a staff member would have worked except for having been in military service.   • Core Hours means the period beginning at 8am and ending at 6.30pm on any day from Monday to Friday except Good Friday, Christmas Day or bank holidays;

A work that constitutes a Collective Work will not be considered a Derivative Work (as defined below) for the purposes of this License.

  • Daytime means the period between sunrise and sunset.

  • Peak Hours or “Peak Period” means the period with the highest ridership during the entire transit service day as determined by the transit operator. Must include at least one hour during the morning commute hours and one during evening commute hours, Monday through Friday. Each Peak Period cannot be longer than three hours.
