Scope of Services or “Scope of Work” means the work to be performed by the Proposer or Consultant as described in Section 2.0 of this RFP, as amended thereto.
Goods or Services means those Goods or Services identified in this Contract, which may be changed, from time to time by the mutual written agreement of the parties.
Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.
Contract Services means the Services to be supplied by the Supplier to the Customer as set out in the Letter of Appointment;
Supply of services means any transaction which does not constitute a supply of goods.
Monitoring Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(b) of this Agreement.
Stewardship means the continuing obligation to provide the necessary maintenance, management, protection, husbandry and support for a natural area and natural values associated with that area.
Child in need of services means (i) a child whose behavior, conduct or condition presents or results
Outreach Services has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1(F)(5) hereof and Exhibit B hereto.
Training Services means access to Red Hat training courses, including online courses or courses provided at a site as may be agreed by the parties.
Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;
Child support services means any civil, criminal or administrative action taken by the Division of

Multiphase professional services contract means a contract for the providing of professional

Finished Services means complete end-to-end services offered by CenturyLink to wholesale customers or retail End User Customers. Finished Services do not include Unbundled Network Elements or combinations of Unbundled Network Elements. Finished Services include Access Services, private lines, retail services, and resold services.
Indirect services means special education services provided by a special education teacher which include ongoing progress reviews; cooperative planning; consultation; demonstration teaching; modification and adaptation of the environment, curriculum, materials, or equipment; and direct contact with children with disabilities to monitor and observe.
