Settlement Approval Hearing definition

Settlement Approval Hearing means the settlement approval hearing, to be held after notice has been provided to the Settlement Class in accordance with Section V of this Agreement: (1) to determine whether to grant approval of the Settlement; and (2) to approve the Claims Forms and other Settlement-related documents.

Settlement Approval Hearing means the motion heard on June 26, 2019 for the approval of the Settlement.
