Settlement Class A. All persons or entities within the U.S. who, from December 31, 2010 up to and including [date], used or subscribed to a wireless or cellular service and were sent one or more non-emergency text messages, utilizing Twilio Inc.’s system, in connection with Uber’s Refer-a-Friend Program.
Settlement Class A. Members of Settlement Class A will receive an average payment of $20,000. Members of Settlement Class A will receive a minimum of $10,000. The Claims Administrator will have the discretion to award additional amounts based on the information you provide as part of the claims Questionnaire, but not more than the minimum amount available to members of Settlement Class B.
Settlement Class A means Persons who, at any time during the Class Ownership Period, owned or own real property located within the area identified as “Class A” on the attached map.   • Subject to approval by the Superior Court, the calculations of gross (pre-tax) Settlement Awards for Settlement Class A Members will be made by the Settlement Administrator.

More Definitions of Settlement Class A

Settlement Class A or “Settlement Class A Members” means all individuals who were employed by Xxxxxxx in the State of Washington in positions paid on an hourly basis at any time during the Class A Settlement Class Period exclusive of any person who timely opts out of the Settlement pursuant to the procedures set forth below.
Settlement Class A means Persons who, at any time during the Class Ownership Period, owned or own real property identified as Class 2 Residential Property (1-4 Family) located within the area identified as “Class A” on the attached map. Settlement Class A means all current owners of Remington Model 700, Seven, Sportsman 78, 673, 710, 715, 770, 600, 660, XP-100, 721, 722, and 725 firearms containing a Remington trigger mechanism that utilizes a trigger connector, as set forth in the sub-class definitions for Classes A(1), A(2), A(3) and A(4), below. Excluded from the class are: (a) persons who are neither citizens nor residents of the United States or its territories; (b) any Judge or Magistrate Judge presiding over the Action and members of their families; (c) governmental purchasers; (d) Remington Arms Company, LLC, Sporting Goods Properties, Inc., E.I. du Pont Nemours & Company, and each of their subsidiaries and affiliates. Membership in Settlement Class A shall be determined as of the date of the Preliminary Approval Order.

Related to Settlement Class A

  • Settlement Class Member means a member of a Settlement Class.

  • Settlement Class Period means the period from and including January 1, 2000 through July 20, 2021.

  • Settlement Cycle means the period of Clearance System Business Days following a transaction on the Relevant Exchange in the Underlying, during which period settlement will customarily take place according to the rules of such Relevant Exchange.

  • Settlement Payment means the transfer, or contractual undertaking (including by automated clearing house transaction) to effect a transfer, of cash or other property to effect a Settlement.
