Share Incentive Plans definition

Share Incentive Plans means, collectively, the Company’s 2006 Stock Incentive Plan, the Company’s 2010 Stock Incentive Plan, the Company’s 2012 Share Incentive Plan and the Company’s 2016 Share Incentive Plan, and “Share Incentive Plan” means any one of the foregoing plans.
Share Incentive Plans means the Share Incentive Plan adopted by the Company in October 2010 and the Share Incentive Plan adopted by the Company in October 2017, and all amendments and modifications thereto.
Share Incentive Plans means, collectively, the 2007 Option Plan, the 2011 Option Plan, and the 2012 Option Plan of the Company and all amendments and modifications thereto.
