Share Purchase Trust definition

Share Purchase Trust means the trust established pursuant to the trust agreement dated April 1, 2008 between the Company and Canadian Western Trust Company for purposes of acquiring and holding Shares in furtherance of settlement of RSUs and PSUs under the Company’s amended and restated restricted share unit plan, effective May 9, 2007, as amended.
Share Purchase Trust means a trust established pursuant to Section 4.3 with an independent, unaffiliated bank or trust company as “Trustee”, to hold Shares for delivery from time to time to Participants upon exercise or settlement of Vested Share Units, that is established and maintained in accordance with the Applicable Law.
Share Purchase Trust means a trust established pursuant to Section 7.1 hereof, to acquire and hold Shares for delivery from time to time to Eligible Employees upon settlement of Vested PSUs.
