Share Schemes definition

Share Schemes means the Ashmore Executive Omnibus Plan 2015, the Ashmore Executive Omnibus Incentive Plan, the Ashmore Company Share Option Plan and the Ashmore First Discretionary Share Option Scheme
Share Schemes means the Al Noor Deferred Annual Bonus Plan 2013; the Al Noor Long Term Incentive Plan 2013;
Share Schemes means any stock or stock based incentive schemes operated by the JV Partners (or Members of their Groups) under which any Ericsson or ST Employees (as the case may be) have benefits or awards granted prior to Completion;

Examples of Share Schemes in a sentence

  • There are currently no participants holding equity awards under the Augean Share Schemes.

  • As such, no proposals are required, nor will any be made, under Rule 15 of the Code in respect of the Augean Share Schemes.

More Definitions of Share Schemes

Share Schemes means any incentive plan or scheme established (whether before or after the adoption of these Articles) for the benefit of employees and/or directors and/or consultants and/or executives and/or their relations (as determined in accordance with such plans or schemes) of the Company and/or any of its direct or indirect subsidiaries (whether or not such plan or scheme is open to all employees, directors, consultants, executives or relations or not) and which is operated either by the Company or any of its direct or indirect subsidiaries or by a third party on their behalf and under the terms of which employees and/or directors and/or consultants and/or executives, and (if applicable) their relations may acquire and/or benefit from shares or any interest therein, whether directly, or pursuant to any option over shares granted to them or otherwise;
Share Schemes mean the DBAG Share Schemes and the LSEG Share Schemes; “Sponsor” has the meaning given to it in the UK Listing Rules;
Share Schemes means the Apple Share Option Plan 2011, the Apple (Contractor) Share Option Plan 2011 and the Apple Share Award Plan 2012;
Share Schemes means the Ashmore Executive Omnibus Plan 2015, the Ashmore Executive Omnibus Incentive
Share Schemes means the RPC Group Deferred Bonus Plan, the RPC Group 2003 Approved Executive Share Option Scheme, the RPC Group 2003 Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme, the RPC Group 2013 Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme, the RPC Group 2013 Approved Executive Share Option Scheme, the RPC Group 2008 Performance Share Plan, the RPC Group 2013 Sharesave Scheme, the RPC Group 2013 International Sharesave Scheme and the RPC Group 2018 Performance Share Plan; and
Share Schemes means any share or share option schemes conducted or operated by the Group relating to the issuance of shares to officers or employees of the Group;
Share Schemes means the Company’s employee share schemes consisting of the Beresford Executive Share Option Scheme (1993), the Executive Share Scheme (1995), the Executive Share Scheme (2001) and the Enodis Performance Share Plan 2007;
