Shared Services Extension Order definition

Shared Services Extension Order means the Order Authorizing Extension of Intercompany and Shared Services Arrangements and Other Benefit Plans [Docket No. 1563], entered by the Bankruptcy Court on November 7, 2013, authorizing the Debtors to, among other things, implement the EME Severance Plan and continue performing obligations related to certain shared services provided by EIX.

  • Sanction Order means the Court Order to be sought by the Participating CCAA Parties from the Court as contemplated under the Plan which, inter alia, approves and sanctions the Plan and the transactions contemplated thereunder, pursuant to section 6(1) of the CCAA, substantially in the form of Schedule “E” or otherwise in form and content acceptable to the Participating CCAA Parties, the Monitor and the Parent, in each case, acting reasonably;

  • Variation Order means any written order, identified as such issued to the Contractor by the Employer under Sub Clause 31.1.

  • New Services Queue means all Interconnection Requests, Completed Applications, and Upgrade Requests that are received within each six-month period ending on March 31 and September 30 of each year shall collectively comprise a New Services Queue.

  • Shared Services Agreement means an agreement entered into between two or more municipalities, including the District Municipality, whereby the participating municipalities agree to share services described in the agreement;

  • Professional Fee Order means the order entered by the Bankruptcy Court on July 16, 2001, authorizing the interim payment of Professional Claims, as may be amended from time to time prior to the entry on the docket of the Confirmation Order.

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Bar Date Order means the Order (I) Setting Bar Dates for Filing Proofs of Claim, Including Requests for Payment under Section 503(B)(9), (II) Establishing Amended Schedules Bar Date and Rejection Damages Bar Date, (III) Approving the Form of and Manner for Filing Proofs of Claim, Including Section 503(B)(9) Requests, and (IV) Approving Notice of Bar Dates [Docket No. 482], as such order may be amended, supplemented, or modified from time to time.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Gasoline dispensing facility means any site where gasoline is dispensed to motor vehicle gasoline tanks from stationary storage tanks.

  • Diagnostic clinical procedures manual means a collection of written procedures that describes each method (and other instructions and precautions) by which the licensee performs diagnostic clinical procedures; where each diagnostic clinical procedure has been approved by the authorized user and includes the radiopharmaceutical, dosage, and route of administration.

  • New Services shall have the meaning set out in Clause 7.1;

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.
