Shipment Schedule definition

Shipment Schedule has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7(e).
Shipment Schedule means the schedule for Shipments as specified in the relevant Confirmation.
Shipment Schedule means the schedule set out in Part 1 of Exhibit 4.

  • The Shipment Schedule shall provide for approximately equal monthly shipments that add up to the Minimum Annual Quantity of Products.

Shipment Schedule has the meaning given in Clause 6.1.

  • Task Order means a separate order issued under this Contract.

  • Contract Quantity means the total number shares, contracts or other units of the Underlying Instrument that the Client is notionally buying or selling;

  • Stop Work Order is defined in Appendix B. “Term” comprises the Initial Term and any Option Terms.
