  • In addition, with respect to any Short Workweek layoff that results from an act of God, the Company will give written notice to the Union members of the Local Committee and to the Union no later than the end of the Week following the Short Workweek showing the reason or reasons for such Short Workweek, and an explanation of the incident which caused the Company to deter- mine that the layoff was the result of an act of God, as defined in Section 5(b) of this Article.
