Significant Borrower definition
Significant Borrower means any Political Subdivision whose outstanding aggregate principal amount of bonds issued by such Political Subdivision and held in the Portfolio Account comprises at least twenty percent (20%) in aggregate principal amount of all Political Subdivision Bonds held in the CWSRF Portfolio Account or the DWSRF Portfolio Account, as the case may be.
Significant Borrower means any Political Subdivision whose outstanding aggregate principal amount of bonds issued by such Political Subdivision and held, on and after May 1, 2016, in the Portfolio Account comprises at least twenty percent (20%) in aggregate principal amount of all Political Subdivision Obligations held in the Portfolio Account.

Significant Borrower in respect of a company, means —
Significant Borrower means, with respect to a Bond Indenture, any Political Subdivision whose outstanding aggregate principal amount of Political Subdivision Obligations issued by such Political Subdivision and held, on and after April 1, 2017, in the related Portfolio Account comprises at least twenty percent (20%) in aggregate principal amount of all Political Subdivision Obligations held in such Portfolio Account.
Significant Borrower. ’ means (i) a natural person who has indebtedness for money borrowed from the Bank or an affiliate of the Bank, other than a loan secured by a mortgage on the person’s principal residence, the total principal of which exceeds the greater of $200,000 and 1/50 of 1% of the Bank’s regulatory capital ($15.165 billion at October 31, 2003) or (ii) an entity that has indebtedness for money borrowed from the bank or from an affiliate of the Bank the total principal of which exceeds the greater of $500,000, 1/20 of 1% of the Bank’s regulatory capital ($15.165 billion at October 31, 2003) and 25% of the value of the assets of the entity.
