Significant Expenditure definition

Significant Expenditure means an expenditure or planned expenditure of the type described in clause (B) of the definition of Burdensome Termination Event.
Significant Expenditure means a single expenditure or a series of related expenditures in respect of non-severable improvements (i.e. improvements which cannot by the terms of Section 9.02(b) of the Lease be removed from the Aircraft) which (i) in the Lessee's reasonable judgment would exceed $10,000,000, and (ii) the Owner Participant will not permit to be financed on similar terms and conditions then available for similar transactions through the issuance of additional non-recourse notes of the Lessor or through additional equity investments of the Owner Participant or both (it being understood that Section 4.02(a)(D) of the Lease shall not impose any obligation on the Owner Participant to provide such financing). The Lessee, prior to notifying the Owner Participant and the Indenture Trustee in accordance with Paragraph (F) of this Schedule V of its election to purchase the Aircraft pursuant to Section 4.02(a)(D) of the Lease, shall notify the Owner Participant of the non-severable improvements which would satisfy the conditions described in clause (i) of the preceding sentence, and provide the Owner Participant with a reasonable opportunity to permit the financing thereof as contemplated in clause (ii) of such sentence. The Owner Participant shall notify the Lessee of their decision with respect to such financing within 60 days after the Lessee has given the notice described in the preceding sentence.
Significant Expenditure means expenditure that exceeds $250,000 (excluding GST) and that has not been budgeted for in the City’s Annual Budget.

More Definitions of Significant Expenditure

Significant Expenditure means expenditure that exceeds 0.1% of the City’s annual budgeted revenue (inclusive of GST) in the relevant financial year.
Significant Expenditure means one (1) percent or more of general rate income of the Council;

The Lessee, prior to notifying the Owner Participant and the Indenture Trustee in accordance with Paragraph (F) of this Schedule V of its election to purchase the Aircraft pursuant to Section 4.02(a)(D) of the Lease, shall notify the Owner Participant of the non-severable improvements which would satisfy the conditions described in clauses (i) and (iii) of the preceding sentence, and provide the Owner Participant with a reasonable opportunity to permit the financing thereof as contemplated in clause (ii) of such sentence. The Owner Participant shall notify the Lessee of their decision with respect to such financing within 60 days after the Lessee has given the notice described in the preceding sentence.
Significant Expenditure means expenditure that exceeds the tender threshold as prescribed in regulation 11(1) the Local Government (Functions and General) Regulations 1996.

Significant Expenditure means expenditures in respect of Nonseverable Capital Improvements to Unit 1 (other than those required by Section 8(a) (i), (ii) or, to the extent of compliance with Governmental Actions not significantly more onerous than those in effect on the Closing Date, Section 8(a)(iii)) and which (i) for the period to and including the twentieth anniversary of the Closing Date, shall exceed $250,000,000, as such amount may be adjusted on each anniversary of the Closing Date by the percentage change in the Consumer Price Index issued from time to time by the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics, for the region which includes the Plant Site and in respect of which the Owner Trustee or the Owner Participant shall not permit the cost thereof to be financed through the Lessor and (ii) for the period from the day next succeeding the last day of the period specified in clause (i) above to the end of the Lease Term, shall exceed $100,000,000, as such amount may be adjusted on each anniversary of the Closing Date by the percentage change in the Consumer Price Index issued from time to time by the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics, for the region which includes the Plant Site. The term “Project”, as used in this Section 13(f), shall mean either (x) an addition, betterment or improvement to Xxxx 0 which, in the opinion of an engineer selected by the Lessee and reasonably acceptable to the Owner Participant, would involve no more than a single major component and work integral thereto of Unit 1 or (y) a series of additions, betterments or improvements to Unit 1 which are required by Governmental Action taken within a period of 6 months and which relate to matters of public health, safety or the environment.
