Single Family Detached Dwelling Unit definition

Single Family Detached Dwelling Unit means a free‐standing building designed for or used exclusively for residence purposes by a single housekeeping unit.a dwelling entirely detached and independent from any other structure, and arranged, intended or designed to be occupied by a single family.
Single Family Detached Dwelling Unit means any residential building containing only one Unit on one legal lot, including single family residences and single family detached residential condominium units.
Single Family Detached Dwelling Unit means and refer to any building designed as a residence for one family or one family sized group of persons which consists of a single building on a Lot not attached to any other adjacent buildings and specifically excluding a condominium or cooperative unit and excluding single family houses of the type known as townhouses or row houses.
